At NoméGlow, we want you to love your purchase. We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please read our policy below before ordering.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your NoméGlow Trimmer, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Used personal grooming items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will send a free replacement right away, no return shipping required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
